- INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Success Image International Limited (“SII”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)!
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your use of our website located at [https://www.successimageinternational.com] and any associated platforms, services, or online learning systems (collectively referred to as the “Services”) operated by Success Image International Limited.
Your use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, safeguard, and use your information. Together, these documents form the binding agreement (“Agreements”) between you and SII.
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Agreements.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, learners, users, and any other individuals who access or use our Services.
- SERVICES
2.1 Scope of Services
Success Image International (“SII”) provides professional training, learning, and consulting solutions designed to empower individuals, professionals, and organisations. Our services include:
- Training Programs – Structured academic and professional development courses, including:
- Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Intensive Training (Success Image Institute SII)
- Research Mastery Academy (RMA)
- Creative Brand Leadership Academy (CBLA)
- Short courses, bootcamps, and customised workshops
- Learning Management System (LMS) – Provision of online access to digital course materials, recorded sessions, assignments, assessments, and other resources to support learning. LMS access is time-bound and governed by program-specific policies.
- Consulting Services – Tailored business and management consulting solutions in areas such as strategy, leadership, research, and data-driven decision-making.
- Events & Initiatives – Organisation of masterclasses, showcase summits, Data Insight Days, and similar initiatives to promote practical application of learning.
- Support Services – Career guidance, mentorship, and post-training support for learners, alongside professional support for corporate partners and consulting clients.
2.2 Service Delivery
- Training is delivered primarily online via live virtual classes, supplemented by access to the LMS.
- Some services may be delivered in hybrid or in-person formats (where explicitly stated).
- Consulting services may be delivered on-site, remotely, or through hybrid models, depending on the client’s needs.
2.3 Updates to Services
SII reserves the right to:
- Introduce new programs, features, or modules.
- Update or revise course content to maintain relevance.
- Improve or discontinue certain services, with reasonable notice provided to affected clients where possible.
- ELIGIBILITY & ENROLLMENT
3.1 Eligibility Criteria
Enrolment in Success Image International (“SII”) programs and services is open to:
- Individuals aged 18 years and above.
- Professionals, students, and organisations seeking training in data analytics, business intelligence, research, leadership, and career development.
- International participants, provided they meet the technological and language requirements (stable internet, English proficiency).
- Organisations seeking consulting or corporate training solutions tailored to their teams.
Some specialised programs (e.g., Research Mastery Academy, advanced bootcamps) may have specific prerequisites such as:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate study experience; or
- Prior exposure to research or analytics tools.
These will be communicated in advance for each program.
3.2 Enrolment Process
To enrol in any SII training program or consulting service, prospective clients must:
- Apply via the official SII website or designated enrolment portal.
- Review the program details, including course outline, duration, and costs.
- Make payment through approved channels (bank transfer, debit/credit card, or approved financing partners such as Payl8r or ClearPay).
- Receive confirmation of enrolment, including access to the LMS (where applicable).
- Attend onboarding/orientation sessions prior to the start of the program.
3.3 Documentation
Participants may be required to provide supporting documentation during the enrolment process, including but not limited to:
- A valid form of identification (passport, driver’s license, national ID).
- Educational or professional background (for programs requiring prerequisites).
- For corporate training/consulting: company details, scope of work, and primary contact person(s).
3.4 Enrolment Confirmation
Enrolment is only confirmed upon:
- Successful payment (or financing arrangement approval).
- Receipt of an official confirmation email from SII.
- Provision of login details for LMS access (if applicable).
- PAYMENT & FEES
4.1 Payment Methods
SII accepts payments through the following methods:
- Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
- Bank Transfers to the official SII business account
- Online Payment Gateways (PayPal, Stripe, etc. where available)
- Approved Financing Partners (e.g., Payl8r, ClearPay, Klarna) – enabling flexible instalment plans
All payments must be made in GBP (£) unless otherwise specified. International participants may be responsible for exchange rates and transaction fees.
4.2 Fees & Pricing
- Each training program, consulting service, or LMS access subscription will have a clearly stated fee published on the official SII website or promotional material.
- Fees are exclusive of VAT or applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
- Special discounts, early-bird offers, or group rates may apply and will be communicated in writing.
4.3 Instalment & Financing Options
To make learning more accessible, SII provides flexible payment options:
- Participants may pay in full upfront or in approved instalments.
- For financing via partners such as Payl8r or ClearPay etc, participants must undergo the provider’s approval process.
- SII is not liable for any credit approval decisions made by external financing partners.
4.4 Non-Payment
- Failure to make payment (or honour instalment agreements) may result in:
- Suspension or termination of access to LMS or training.
- Withholding of certificates or project feedback.
- Denial of entry to live training sessions.
- Reinstatement of access will only occur upon settlement of outstanding balances.
4.5 Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
- Written cancellation request submitted at least 14 days before program commencement – full refund (minus administrative fees).
- Written cancellation request submitted less than 14 days but before commencement – 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued after a program has commenced.
- For consulting services, refund policies will be outlined in the service agreement contract.
4.6 Proof of Payment
- Participants must retain and provide proof of payment (receipt, transaction confirmation) for verification purposes.
- SII will not be responsible for unverified payments made through unauthorised channels.
- PROGRAM DELIVERY & ACCESS
5.1 Training Delivery Modes
SII provides flexible delivery modes to meet diverse learner and client needs:
- Online (Virtual Training): All flagship programs (Research Mastery Academy, Data Analytics & Business Intelligence intensive Training, Creative Brand Leadership Academy) are delivered online via our Learning Management System (LMS) and live virtual sessions.
- Hybrid Programs: Where applicable, programs may combine live virtual workshops, recorded content, and optional in-person events.
- Consulting Services: Delivered either onsite (UK/Nigeria)
5.2 LMS Access
- Enrolled learners will receive login details for our LMS once payment or the first instalment has been confirmed.
- Access to the LMS and its resources (e.g., recorded sessions, templates, e-books, and practice exercises) is granted for 12 months from the program start date.
- After this period, access will automatically expire unless an extension is purchased separately.
5.3 Consulting Services
For business consulting and advisory projects, delivery timelines, formats (e.g., reports, strategy sessions, dashboards), and access to deliverables will be agreed in writing before commencement. All deliverables are digital unless otherwise specified.
5.4 Post-Training Support
Learners will benefit from structured post-training support which may include Q&A drop-in sessions, alumni community access, and career coaching (where applicable). The scope of this support will be communicated during enrolment and is not indefinite.
5.5 Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology to access online programs, including:
- A reliable internet connection
- A computer or mobile device compatible with our LMS
- Updated software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams) as recommended during enrolment
SII will provide reasonable technical support for LMS access issues but is not responsible for problems arising from your personal devices, internet connection, or software.
5.6 Certificates of Completion
Upon successfully completing program requirements, learners will receive a digital certificate of completion issued by SII. This certificate validates your participation but does not guarantee employment or admission into further academic programs.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
6.1 General Policy
All sales of training programs, consulting services, and digital products are final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable once payment has been made, except where required by law.
6.2 Training Programs
By enrolling in an SII training program, you acknowledge that:
- Course fees cover access to the LMS, live sessions, and learning materials, whether or not you fully attend or complete the program.
- Since immediate access is granted to proprietary content and resources upon enrolment, no refunds will be issued.
6.3 Consulting Services
For consulting projects, once work has commenced or resources have been allocated, refunds will not be provided. Clients are expected to cooperate fully to ensure project completion.
6.4 Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered in rare cases such as:
- A verified technical error on our platform that prevents access to purchased services.
- Cancellation by SII of a program or consulting service without providing an alternative.
6.5 Instalment Payments
If you are paying via instalments (e.g., through Payl8r, ClearPay, or other finance partners), you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Defaulting on payment plans will result in suspension of access to the LMS and services.
REVIEW & REVISION DEADLINES
7.1 Assignment Review Deadlines
- All assignments, case studies, and project submissions must be submitted on or before the stipulated deadlines provided in your course schedule.
- Late submissions may not be eligible for detailed feedback unless prior notice is given and approved by the training coordinator.
7.2 Feedback & Revisions
- Learners will receive constructive feedback on their submissions within 5–7 working days of submission.
- If revisions are required, you will be given an additional 7 days to resubmit for a second review.
- Please note: multiple rounds of revisions are not permitted to encourage learners to take ownership of their learning.
7.3 Missed Deadlines
- If you miss the assignment or revision deadlines without notifying the SII team, you may lose the opportunity for feedback on that task.
- However, you can still access the LMS resources, recorded sessions, and additional study materials to help reinforce your knowledge.
7.4 Flexibility Policy
- We know life happens. If you encounter genuine challenges (e.g., health, family emergencies, or technical difficulties), please contact the program administrator in advance. Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the SII team.
7.5 Post-Deadline Access
- Even after deadlines, you will retain access to the LMS for 12 months, giving you the chance to revisit materials, refine your skills, and keep pace with evolving business intelligence and analytics practices.
CERTIFICATION & ACCREDITATION
8.1 Certificate of Completion
- Upon successful completion of your program requirements, you will be awarded an official SII Certificate of Completion.
- This certificate serves as proof of your newly acquired skills in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Research Methodology, depending on your chosen program.
- Each certificate includes your name, program title, date of completion, and the official SII seal.
8.2 Recognition & Credibility
- While our certificates are not equivalent to a university degree, they are industry-recognised professional certifications that showcase your expertise to employers, clients, and academic institutions.
- Our training methodology is benchmarked against international standards, ensuring that the knowledge you gain remains relevant and practical.
- SII programs are designed to complement your academic qualifications and professional experience, boosting your CV and LinkedIn profile.
8.3 Accreditation
- SII is committed to delivering high-quality, practice-oriented education.
- We partner with experienced industry professionals, consultants, and academics to ensure all training content is accurate, practical, and aligned with industry needs.
- While our programs are not yet affiliated with a specific UK awarding body, SII certificates carry weight because they reflect practical skill acquisition, employer relevance, and up-to-date curriculum design.
- Accreditation partnerships with professional bodies are under consideration, and learners will be informed once these formal collaborations are finalised.
8.4 Digital Verification
- Every certificate issued by SII is digitally verifiable, meaning employers or institutions can confirm the authenticity of your certification directly with us.
- This feature strengthens the credibility of your achievement and makes it easier to demonstrate your skills in recruitment or further education processes.
8.5 Adding to CVs & LinkedIn
- Learners are encouraged to add their SII certification to their professional profiles, including LinkedIn, CVs, and job applications, to showcase their commitment to continuous professional development.
PROGRAM POLICIES & EXPECTATIONS
9.1 Code of Conduct
- Learners are expected to maintain professional behaviour during all sessions (live, recorded, or group discussions).
- Disruptive behaviour, disrespectful communication, or harassment of peers, facilitators, or staff will not be tolerated.
- Respect for diverse perspectives, cultures, and backgrounds is essential in our collaborative learning community.
9.2 Attendance & Participation
- For live sessions, learners are required to attend at least 80% of scheduled classes to qualify for certification.
- Active participation is encouraged—this includes asking questions, contributing to discussions, and completing exercises during sessions.
- If you are unable to attend a class, recordings will be available on the LMS (Learning Management System) for review.
9.3 Academic Integrity
- All assignments, projects, and assessments must represent the learner’s own work.
- Plagiarism, cheating, or misrepresentation of work will lead to disqualification from the program and withdrawal of certification.
- Learners are encouraged to use AI tools or data analysis software responsibly and ethically, with proper attribution where required.
9.4 Communication Etiquette
- Learners should communicate through official channels (LMS, email, or designated group platforms).
- Queries will be responded to within 48 -72 business hours by the SII support team or facilitators.
- Respectful and constructive communication is expected at all times.
9.5 Technology Requirements
- Learners are responsible for ensuring they have access to:
- A reliable internet connection.
- A laptop/desktop that supports program software.
- Necessary applications (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python/R, or other tools as specified).
- SII will provide installation guidance but cannot be held responsible for personal device technical failures.
9.6 Confidentiality & Data Use
- Learners may be exposed to case studies, datasets, or consulting projects. All shared materials are strictly confidential and must not be reproduced, distributed, or shared externally.
- Breach of confidentiality agreements may lead to program dismissal and legal implications.
9.7 Disciplinary Action
- Violations of these policies may result in:
- Written warnings.
- Temporary suspension of LMS access.
- Expulsion from the program without refund.
- Decisions on disciplinary actions are at the sole discretion of SII management.
- PAYMENT TERMS & REFUND POLICY.
10.1 Payment Options
- Full Payment: Learners may choose to pay the full course/program fee upfront before commencement.
- Instalment Plan: Flexible instalment plans are available, subject to approval. Learners must complete all payments before receiving certification.
- Finance Partners: We have partnered with financing providers (e.g., Payl8r, ClearPay, Klarna) to enable learners to spread payments over time. Approval is subject to third-party terms and conditions.
- Corporate Sponsorship: Organisations enrolling employees in SII programs may arrange bulk or corporate invoicing.
10.2 Payment Methods
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or through approved finance partners.
- Proof of payment must be shared with the SII accounts department if not processed through our automated payment gateway.
10.3 Refund Policy
- Cooling-off Period: Learners who withdraw within 7 days of payment (and before program commencement) are entitled to a full refund minus administrative charges ([Insert %/amount]).
- After Program Commencement:
- Withdrawal within the first 14 days of program start: Refund of 50% of total fee (excluding administrative charges).
- Withdrawal after 14 days: No refund will be issued.
- Non-attendance: Failure to attend classes (live or recorded) does not qualify for a refund.
- Dismissal: Learners removed from the program due to breach of conduct, academic dishonesty, or policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
10.4 Deferrals & Transfers
- Learners may request to defer to a future cohort. A deferral fee ([Insert amount]) will apply.
- Deferrals must be requested in writing at least 7 days before the next live session.
- Course transfers (to another program) are considered on a case-by-case basis and may attract an administrative fee.
10.5 Certification Release
- Certificates will only be issued upon:
- Full payment of program fees.
- Completion of academic and attendance requirements.
- Learners with outstanding balances will have their certification withheld until payments are settled.
10.6 Company Rights
- SII reserves the right to update fees, discounts, and payment structures periodically.
- All changes will be communicated in writing and reflected in official materials.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
11.1 Ownership of Materials
- All course content, training materials, workbooks, slides, case studies, templates, assessments, LMS content, and recordings remain the intellectual property of SII.
- Learners and clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for personal or organizational learning purposes.
- Under no circumstance may materials be reproduced, sold, redistributed, or shared publicly without written permission from SII.
11.2 Trademarks & Branding
- The SII name, logos, and program brands (e.g., Data Analysis & Business Intelligence, Research Mastery Academy, etc.) are registered intellectual property and must not be used without prior consent.
- Unauthorised use of SII branding for personal, commercial, or promotional purposes is strictly prohibited.
11.3 Learner & Client Contributions
- Assignments, projects, and deliverables created by learners during the program remain their intellectual property.
- However, by submitting work to SII, learners grant the company a royalty-free license to reference anonymised versions of their work for marketing, quality assurance, or research purposes.
- In consulting engagements, ownership of deliverables will be defined in the client service agreement.
11.4 Software & Tools
- Access to licensed software, datasets, and third-party tools provided during training is restricted to the duration of the course.
- Learners are responsible for complying with the licensing agreements of such third-party tools.
11.5 Violations
- Unauthorised distribution, reproduction, or misuse of SII intellectual property constitutes a breach of agreement and may result in:
- Suspension or dismissal from the program.
- Legal action to recover damages.
- Reporting of misconduct to relevant authorities.
- CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION
At SII, we are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of all learners, clients, and partners. We handle all personal, professional, and business information in compliance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
12.1 Confidential Information
- Any non-public information shared by learners, clients, or partners in the course of training, consulting, or collaboration will be treated as strictly confidential.
- Confidential information includes but is not limited to:
- Personal data (name, contact details, financial information).
- Research projects, case studies, or assignments.
- Business strategies, datasets, and proprietary insights.
- SII agrees not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except where legally required.
12.2 Data Protection & Privacy
- Personal data collected during registration, payment, and program participation will only be used for purposes related to training delivery, communication, and support.
- SII implements robust measures (secure servers, encryption, restricted access) to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
- Learners and clients have the right to request:
- Access to their personal data.
- Rectification of inaccuracies.
- Deletion of personal data (subject to legal and compliance obligations).
12.3 Data Sharing
- SII may share limited learner or client data with:
- Accreditation bodies for certification validation.
- Finance partners (e.g., Payl8r, Clearpay) for installment payment plans.
- Technology partners (e.g., LMS providers) strictly for learning access.
- No personal data will be sold or shared for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
12.4 Data Retention
- Learner and client records will be retained for a minimum of 6 years for compliance, unless a longer period is legally required.
- After the retention period, data will be securely destroyed or anonymized.
12.5 Breach of Confidentiality
- Any unauthorised disclosure or misuse of confidential information by learners, staff, or third-party partners will be treated as a serious violation and may result in:
- Termination of enrolment or contract.
- Legal action and claims for damages.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
13.1 General Limitation
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, SII shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including but not limited to: loss of income, business opportunities, data, or reputation).
- Any loss or damage caused by reliance on information, materials, or advice provided during training or consulting sessions.
13.2 Learning Outcomes
- While SII guarantees access to high-quality instruction, resources, and support, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, such as:
- Securing employment, promotions, or visa sponsorship.
- Academic grades, exam results, or PhD admissions.
- Business growth or financial performance following consulting engagements.
13.3 Service Interruptions
- SII will take reasonable steps to ensure continuous access to training and LMS platforms. However, we shall not be held liable for interruptions caused by:
- Internet outages or service provider failures.
- LMS or software downtime due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
- Circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
13.4 Financial Liability
- In all cases, SII’s liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the client/learner for the specific program or service in question.
- SII will not be responsible for additional costs incurred by learners or clients, including but not limited to: travel expenses, accommodation, or equipment/software purchases.
13.5 Third-Party Services
- Some of SII’s services (e.g., instalment payments, digital platforms, finance partners, LMS providers) rely on third-party partners.
- SII is not liable for:
- Failures or errors arising from third-party platforms.
- Delays or inaccuracies in processing payments by external finance companies.
- Data breaches originating from third-party systems not directly managed by SII.
- GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
14.1 Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions, together with all contracts, policies, and agreements related to Success Image International (SII) services, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
14.2 Jurisdiction
- Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from or related to SII’s services, training programs, or consulting engagements shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution
- Before resorting to formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through:
- Good faith negotiations; and, if unsuccessful,
- Mediation or arbitration under UK-recognised dispute resolution frameworks, unless either party reasonably believes urgent legal action is required.
14.4 International Clients
- SII provides services to clients across multiple jurisdictions. However, all agreements are ultimately bound by the governing law and jurisdiction stated above.
- Where international laws differ, clients agree that UK law shall prevail in relation to their contractual relationship with SII.
- CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
15.1 Right to Amend
- Success Image International (SII) reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in business operations, regulatory requirements, or service improvements.
15.2 Notice of Changes
- Any significant changes will be communicated via:
- Updates on the official SII website.
- Email notifications to registered learners, clients, and partners.
- Notifications within the Learning Management System (LMS) for enrolled students.
15.3 Client Responsibility
- It is the responsibility of learners, clients, and partners to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of updates. Continued use of SII’s training programs, LMS, or consulting services after amendments indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
15.4 Version Control
- Each revision will carry a date stamp and version number. The version applicable at the time of enrolment or contract initiation will govern unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
